Flash-flood risk this weekend

NWS Flood Watches cover Castle Country, the San Rafael Swell, Southeast Utah and the La Sal and Abajo Mountains starting late Saturday night. NWS Salt Lake City lists dry washes, slot canyons and slickrock areas among flood-prone spots, and says backcountry roads will likely become impassable.
